Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced hospital chef to manage day-to-day food production for the designated station, ensuring safe, hygienic, and cost-conscious meal preparation for patients and staff.

You will assist in menu design, inventory control and budget monitoring, supervise junior chefs, and ensure compliance with food safety standards across the production process while working a shift pattern that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in relevant positions or equivalent.
• Experience in hotels/hospitals highly preferred.
• Team player with good communication and attention to details.
• Supervise, guide, and train junior chefs assigned to the station.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Shift work required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
