Conference Lodge in Hong Kong’s luxury dining scene seeks a seasoned culinary leader to head our team. You will mentor chefs, maintain high standards, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a 5-day work week.

Exposure to international culinary standards, luxury hospitality, and a collaborative kitchen culture awaits. Fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is preferred to coordinate with a diverse guest and staff base.
