Job summary

Pacific Club in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, invites passionate kitchen professionals to join as Chef de Partie. You will support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals meet menu specifications and maintaining a spotless, hygienic work area with strict cost control.

We seek candidates with 1–2 years of kitchen apprenticeship or chef training, plus strong communication and teamwork. Competitive benefits are offered in a prestigious private club setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie in daily operation and work.
• Follow menu specifications by Chef de Partie.
• Maintain hygienic workspace according to Club rules.
• Control food stock and food cost in your section.
• Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food production.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work


• Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie


• Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the Club


• Control food stock and food cost in your section


• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production


• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course or previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills


• Good communication skills and a good team player
