Job summary

Charlotte Frank Limited is seeking a commercially minded sales professional to drive home appliances channel sales across retail, dealer, distributor, and ecommerce accounts in Hong Kong. You will maintain strong customer relationships, execute plans, and monitor product availability to meet targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales/channel sales with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools; Cantonese/ Mandarin are helpful for HK-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, sales or related discipline is preferred.
• 3–5 years in Sales, account-management, retail-channel, distribution or business development.
• Experience with home appliances, consumer electronics, or distributor management is valued.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets with key accounts.
• Experience dealing with retail buyers, distributors, dealers, or ecommerce partners is a plus.
• Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and sales reporting tools; strong English communication; Cantonese/Mandarin helpful for HK-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned accounts and territories.
• Manage relationships with retail chains, dealers, distributors, and ecommerce partners.
• Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and review inventory.
• Prepare and execute account action plans to increase listings, store coverage, and share-of-shelf.
• Identify and acquire new customers and channel partners in line with distribution strategy.
• Present products, promotions, and commercial proposals to buyers and store managers.
• Support pricing, promotions, display arrangements, rebate claims, and payment terms negotiations.
• Oversee promoters, merchandisers, and retail staff to improve product knowledge and engagement.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and weekly/monthly performance updates.
• Maintain CRM data and sales records; ensure timely reporting to management.
