Job summary

CICC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end lifecycle management for system implementation. You will elicit requirements, develop high-quality documentation, and coordinate global development resources to meet regulatory standards and complex business objectives.

The role also covers BAU support for core systems, ongoing workflow optimization, and ensuring high system availability across multiple markets, requiring strong communication and cross-team

Job description

• Under Hong Kong’s RA11 Regulatory Framework, follow the company’s enterprise system architecture matrix to lead liaison with overseas business teams. You will take end-to-end ownership of the full lifecycle management for system implementation, including requirements elicitation, development of high-quality technical & business documentation, and coordination of development resources. Ensure all deliverables fully comply with regulatory requirements while meeting complex business objectives and delivering tangible business value.
• Provide BAU (Business As Usual) and daily maintenance support for core business systems. Efficiently respond to and resolve routine system faults and business-side requests, and continuously optimize system support workflows to sustain high system availability and unbroken business continuity across global markets.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks rationally based on project priorities. Utilize excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder management capabilities to align all parties and reach consensus under the high-pressure environment of multiple concurrent projects, so as to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Engineering or other related disciplines.
• A minimum of 8 years of working experience in fintech or business analysis.
• Possess in-depth understanding of the business logic of financial market businesses, with familiarity in trade booking, risk control, and the full front-to-back office operational workflows for on-market and off-market fixed income products, as well as over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions. Candidates with experience leading or deeply participating in end-to-end launch or core architecture upgrade projects of relevant business systems are preferred.
• Equipped with strong cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Able to conduct efficient requirement decomposition, pain point analysis and drive issue resolution within a complex multi-timezone business matrix.
• Demonstrate strong resilience under pressure and a high sense of responsibility; possess excellent service awareness and team spirit, strong self-motivation, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
