Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding crypto space. As a Brand KOL BD intern, you will help build relationships with KOLs, support event coordination, and manage communications during critical moments.

This role offers exposure to a leading global blockchain ecosystem and growth in PR and influencer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or related field.
• English fluency required for coordinating with overseas partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Presentable, confident attitude for events and influencer engagement.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
• Crypto/blockchain interest is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with our brand values.
• Support the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations.
• Prepare and deliver updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with PR goals.
