Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is seeking a Physiotherapist to assess and manage rehabilitation plans, helping clients regain mobility and independence. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, conduct detailed assessments, and contribute to quality improvement projects.

A collaborative, patient-centered approach is essential in this role. You should hold a physiotherapy degree, be AHPC registered, and be proficient with Google Suite; travel to various locations is encouraged

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat clients with various disabilities for optimal care.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive rehabilitation plans to restore mobility and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and research.
  • Provide training for therapists, support staff, and other health care professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards.

Job Description

At NTUC Health, our primary goal is \"\"add life to years\"\", promoting and building communities of \"\"ageless seniors\"\". For seniors who require rehabilitation, we support them by helping them regain mobility and physical functions after illness or surgery, to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.


As a physiotherapist, you will work with your clients to provide a comprehensive assessment and management plan and lifestyle management strategies to prevent further injuries. You are responsible for helping clients restore mobility, function, and independence through detailed assessments of problems and setting person-centered goals.


You will need to:



  • Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat clients with various disabilities for optimal care

  • Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects

  • Facilitate any new initiatives and protocols

  • Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other health care professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standard

  • Enhance the department's profile through interdepartmental interactions



Qualification

You should:



  • Possess a Degree in Physiotherapy

  • Be fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)

  • Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment

  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Be proficient in Google Suite applications
