Job summary

Food & Beverage is seeking a capable supervisor to manage daily F&B operations for both on-site and catering events in Hong Kong. The role requires hands-on leadership of a team, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least two years in banquet operations or F&B supervisory roles, be fluent in English and Chinese, and comfortable with MS Office; shift duties are required. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above.
• Minimum 2 years of banquet operation experience or F&B assistant supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fast learner with positive attitude, patient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in computer operation and MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Shift duty is required.

Responsibilities
