Job summary

Wellcome in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Category Manager / Senior Buyer (Dairy) to lead merchandising strategies for designated categories, drive sales and margins, and strengthen vendor partnerships. You will execute category plans, manage stock levels through promotions, source locally or overseas, and build lasting relationships with suppliers.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of retail merchandising experience, excellent English and Chinese communication, and strong analytical,

Qualifications

• University graduate or tertiary education.
• Minimum 6 years retail merchandising experience.
• Good influencing and negotiation skill.
• Analytical, creative, customer focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal and people management skill.
• Good communication skill and good command of English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of category management.

Responsibilities
