Responsibilities include maintaining PDPO documentation standards, preparing client progress reports, and flagging at‑risk cases for resolution. Strong English writing and multi‑party coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in case management, operations, or legal coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation discipline.
• Strong written communication in English (Chinese an advantage).
• Familiarity with Hong Kong PDPO and data handling standards.
• Calm under pressure with strong multi-party coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the case pipeline, tracking status transitions and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate communication between creditors, agents, and legal partners.
• Ensure every case file meets PDPO documentation standards.
• Prepare client-facing progress reports and internal audit summaries.
• Flag at-risk cases early and drive resolution.
• Own case pipeline status and documentation across the portfolio.
