Canton Recovery is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Manager in Hong Kong. You will coordinate the workflow between creditors, collection agents, and legal partners to move cases through the pipeline on time and in compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining PDPO documentation standards, preparing client progress reports, and flagging at‑risk cases for resolution. Strong English writing and multi‑party coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in case management, operations, or legal coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and documentation discipline.
• Strong written communication in English (Chinese an advantage).
• Familiarity with Hong Kong PDPO and data handling standards.
• Calm under pressure with strong multi-party coordination skills.
