Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 8+ years of cargo experience.
• Sales and product management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cargo sales and solution development advantageous.
• Project management experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Proven leadership to build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate across teams including virtual environments and perform under pressure.
• Strong cultural awareness with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills and English proficiency; willingness to learn and take on new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development and implementation of specialised cargo customer solutions across the full customer journey from sales to service delivery.
• Lead market analysis, roadmap development and implementation projects.
• Build relationships with shippers, freight forwarders and service providers.
• Use data analytics to improve product performance and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for timely solution delivery.
• Support sales teams and global partners with knowledge and messaging.
