Qualifications

• University degree required.

Role Introduction

Reports to: Head of Cargo Global Partnerships & Customer Solutions

Drive the design, development and implementation of specialised cargo customer solutions that address evolving market trends and customer needs. Working across Cargo Commercial, Service Delivery, Marketing and Global Partnerships, you will shape solution portfolios from concept and commercialisation through to service delivery.

Lead product research, market analysis, roadmap development and implementation projects while building strong relationships with shippers, freight forwarders and service providers. Using data and analytics, you will identify opportunities to improve product performance, profitability and customer value. Your work will help deliver meaningful solutions that strengthen Cathay Cargo's position in the market and create impact for customers around the world, moving people and businesses forward.

Requirements
