Job summary

The Ebenezer School and Home for the Visually Impaired Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Care & Attention Home’s daily operations, including administration, finance, HR, and compliance. You will oversee safety, licensing renewal, and program development within a Christian-inspired framework.

Applicants should have 5+ years of managerial experience in residential care or elderly services, strong leadership, and familiarity with relevant Hong Kong regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance, OSH Ordinance and SWD guidelines is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or above; professional registration or relevant qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall operations, administration, finance, HR and general management of Care & Attention Home sections.
• Formulate and execute operational policies to ensure statutory compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee facility safety, maintenance, emergencies, and licensing renewal procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff performance to meet regulatory standards.
• Plan and implement high-quality programs with Christian characteristics.
• Develop external partnerships for diverse assessment and support services.
• Secure external resources for sustainable development of residential care services.
