Job summary

Charm Wisdom Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled bartender to prepare and serve beverages, interact with guests, and maintain bar operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will mix drinks to recipe standards, manage stock, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience while complying with safety and beverage regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a bartender, ideally in fine dining.
• Strong skills in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Certification in bartending or mixology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant patrons according to recipes.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks and food.
• Assess guest needs and offer recommendations.
• Maintain stock levels and replenish bar inventory.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations.
• Assist other departments when required.

Job description

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons


• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks


• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations


• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards


• Ensure that appropriate stock levels of all bar items are constantly maintained


• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies


• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience


• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Perform assigned other ad hoc jobs and assist other departments when it's required

Job Requirements:

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender, ideally with fine dining experience


• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks


• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills


• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean


• Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
