Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking a senior leader to drive capital management, ORSA, and strategic planning within the life-insurance framework. You will coordinate capital actions, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder engagement across Group offices to support solvency and growth goals.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering clear actions to optimize capital and credit-rating outcomes.

Qualifications

At least 10 years’ experience in life insurance, with capital management/ALM experience a plus.
Fellowship in actuarial professional examination is required.
Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the team in regular financial closing, reserve and capital calculations and ensure internal controls.
Design and supervise ORSA processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee capital management, strategic planning and remittance capability for solvency and rating.
Prepare senior management reporting and governance materials.
Coordinate cash remittance and liaise with Group Capital Management and Treasury.
Drive capital efficiency initiatives and assess S&P rating implications.
Manage regulatory engagements and team development.
Ensure appropriate governance for AIA Global capital and reporting.
