Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Capital Management leader to drive capital strategy, planning and reporting across the group. You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate with Finance, Risk, Investment and Actuarial functions, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing capital generation and remittance.

You will engage with senior management and regulators, oversee stress testing and solvency analyses, and shape capital plans aligned with business strategy and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Senior actuarial or financial risk professional with 10+ years in life insurance capital management.
• Experience in ORSA, IFRS/solvency reporting and capital planning.
• Strong leadership and ability to interact with regulators and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capital Management team and drive capital planning, reporting and governance.
• Oversee ORSA, stress testing, and capital plans; ensure regulatory compliance.
