Job summary

Lenovo in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated Java Developer to join the application maintenance team. You will support and enhance enterprise Java applications built on Java technologies, including JDK 8, Web MVC, and Spring Framework.

Candidates should have a solid foundation in Java programming, OO programming, and experience with RESTful APIs and SQL databases, eager to contribute to production systems, SIT/UAT, and deployments.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support existing Java-based web applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and production issues.
Implement enhancement requests and change requirements from business, develop, test, and deploy software fixes following established development standards.
Investigate application logs and perform root cause analysis.
Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Ensure data integrity through data patching and validation.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and meet requirements.
Document technical processes and changes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
