Job summary

Lenovo India Private Limited in Hong Kong seeks a motivated Java Developer to join our application maintenance team. You will support and enhance existing enterprise applications built on Java technologies, including JDK 8, Web MVC, and Spring Framework.

You will analyze defects, implement changes, and assist with SIT/UAT and deployments, while collaborating with teammates to ensure data integrity and production readiness.

Qualifications

Strong Java programming foundation and OO principles.
Experience with Java 8+ and Spring Framework.
Familiarity with relational databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
Ability to analyze defects, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in deployments.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support existing Java-based web applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and production issues.
Implement enhancement requests and changes following development standards.
Investigate application logs and perform root cause analysis.
Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Ensure data integrity through data patching and validation.
Collaborate with team and stakeholders to meet requirements.
Document technical processes and changes for future reference.
