Matilda International Hospital in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Support Officer to support the daily operation of the business services department. You will liaise with internal users and external business partners to implement services and establish business agreements, and organise events for corporates, insurance partners and other stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree holder in any related courses.
• At least 2 years' working experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance fields.
• Team player, who can work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily operation of business services department.
• Liaise with internal users and external business partners to establish service implementation and business agreements.
• Organize and coordinate events for corporates, insurance partners and other stakeholders.
• Be actively involved in hospital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Participate in safety training courses and other health & safety activities.
• Assist in data entry and maintenance of database.
• Assist Head of Department in ad hoc tasks.
