• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial/Manufacturing/Engineering or related fields.
• 15+ years in business process re-engineering, operational excellence, or digital transformation leadership across manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation across multiple sites and geographies.
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and process optimisation frameworks.
• Hands-on ERP/MES/automation and enterprise digitisation exposure.

Global Transformation LeadershipStrategic Impact

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and geographies.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process optimisation, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, MES, automation technologies, and enterprise digitisation programs.
• Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes within consumer products or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and change management capabilities.
• Experience leading multicultural teams within complex, global organisations.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% when required).
