Job summary

China Telecom Global Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Procurement/Quotation specialist to provide quotation services for technical products and solutions. You will collaborat e with sales managers and customers to facilitate quotation processes and service delivery.

The role involves supplier management, coordination with regional carriers, procurement compliance, price negotiations, and preparing analyses on procurement and supplier performance. English and Mandarin fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, telecom procurement preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; both written and spoken.

Qualifications

1. 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, Languages, Business or related disciplines;
2. 2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in procurement or trade within the telecommunications industry is preferred;
3. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork spirit; proactive with a customer-oriented mindset;
4. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure;
5. 5. Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (capable of serving as a working language).
