Role Description

The Business Development Intern - English/Russian-Speaking Markets (Remote) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR, supporting market expansion across relevant English- and Russian-speaking regions. The intern will assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research on target industries and partners, and supporting lead generation activities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing outreach materials, contributing to sales presentations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective clients and partners. The role also involves supporting customer service interactions, gathering feedback from potential and existing clients, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with FlowvisionAI's AI offerings. The intern will work closely with senior business development colleagues to help build partnerships and strengthen FlowvisionAI’s presence in international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market data, identifying trends, and assessing potential partnerships.
• Effective communication skills in English, with professional proficiency in Russian preferred, to engage prospects and partners across markets.
• Lead generation experience or interest, including outreach, prospect qualification, and CRM management.
• Market research skills to gather competitive intelligence, map target segments, and support go-to-market strategies.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, support partner relationships, and provide clear, timely responses.
• Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology services; prior exposure to B2B or startup environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong SAR, collaborate within a multicultural team, and manage tasks independently.
