Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking to expand its consumer banking team in a sales-oriented role. You will be responsible for building a solid customer base, sourcing new customers through branches and nearby locations, and handling account opening with complete documentation.

The role requires strong product knowledge, high service standards, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, including KYC and anti-money laundering processes. Multi-language fluency is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or finance is required.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Compliance with IIQE/ HKSI licensing requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build solid customer base and drive new customer acquisition.
Source customers at branches, estates, office buildings, government departments, etc.
Open accounts and complete documentation for customers.
Provide superior service and ensure customer satisfaction per service standards.
Maintain knowledge of products/market to demonstrate professionalism with customers.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements and KYC/AML.
