Job summary

Emperor Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Business Analyst on a 1-year secondment to lead UAT activities for a major system implementation in Hong Kong. You will develop strategy, test plans, and cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams across business users and IT.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system testing, UAT coordination, business analysis, or project implementation.
• Proven experience in managing UAT activities for large-scale system implementation or enhancement projects.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or related industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or other defect management tools, SQL for data verification and analysis, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).

Responsibilities

Our client, a well-known insurance company Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop UAT strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Coordinate and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Review business requirements and functional specifications to ensure test coverage.

Facilitate defect triage meetings and work closely with IT teams to resolve issues.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Cantonese proficiency is highly preferred.
