Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an Assistant Business Analyst on a 1-year contract to support project tasks and requirements gathering. You will assist in testing, UAT/IVT, and data-related analyses within a dynamic insurance IT environment.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred, with VBA experience considered an advantage. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams within a global insurer and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• University degree in IS/CS/Math/Stat or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with numerical sensitivity.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist and participate in project tasks, gather requirements, review the functional specifications.
• Support system testing, coordinating, planning and participating in UAT and IVT for system enhancements.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses regarding business monitoring and experience study.
• Support the production fix, communicate with different parties, understand system behaviors, correct data from systems, etc.

Qualifications:

• University graduate in Information System, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
• Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills
• Logical, numerical sensitive and attentive to details.
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in VBA is an advantage.
