Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support system implementation projects, UAT activities, and day-to-day operations in Hong Kong. This role blends testing, data management, reporting and process improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

You will prepare test scripts, assist in documentation, and develop Excel-based tools to automate reporting and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT, CS, BIS, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in UAT, QA, BA, Operations Support, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, defect logging, and validation of system enhancements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining test scripts, user guides, and related documentation.
• Develop Excel-based tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze operational data, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain data files for system processing and uploads.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and operational risk.

• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and reporting automation.
• Experience creating tools or solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with UAT processes, test execution, defect management, and testing documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify data issues and operational risks.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to balance routine operational work with project-related responsibilities.
