Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT Procurement/Support Assistant to provide frontline support for SAP and POS systems, and to coordinate with vendors for quotations and POs. You will work closely with APAC IT teams to ensure smooth operation of retail systems and budget adherence.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP/POS, procurement processes, and strong English communication; Cantonese is a plus.

• Assist the Application Manager in delivering frontline support for SAP, POS, e-commerce, and peripheral retail systems.
• Contact IT vendors to obtain quotations, process purchase orders (POs), and verify vendor invoices.
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with local IT teams across the APAC region to meet ongoing operational and store needs.
• Monitor and prepare actual expense reports while cross-checking real-time expenditure against allocated IT budgets.
• Assist with day-to-day application maintenance and continuous service improvements for boutique IT infrastructure.

• Practical exposure or hands-on experience supporting SAP and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Well-organised with experience handling procurement paperwork, purchase orders, or departmental budgeting.
• Fluent English communication skills are required; proficiency in Cantonese is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
