Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT Procurement/Support Assistant to provide frontline support for SAP and POS systems, and to coordinate with vendors for quotations and POs. You will work closely with APAC IT teams to ensure smooth operation of retail systems and budget adherence.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP/POS, procurement processes, and strong English communication; Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP and POS systems.
• Experience handling procurement paperwork, purchase orders, or budgeting.
• Fluent English communication; Cantonese is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Application Manager by delivering frontline support for SAP, POS, e-commerce, and related retail systems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for quotations, POs, and vendor invoices.
• Collaborate with local IT teams across APAC to address store needs.
