Job Description
- Provide operational support and enhancement for core operations technology and enterprise systems, with a strong focus on SAP and automation platforms.
- Oversee daily configuration updates and provide operational support across SAP EWM, HANA, MM, and SD modules.
- Collaborate effectively with functional and cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Master Data Governance (MDG), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other related operations technology platforms.
- Participate actively in system integration projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive system improvements and address ad hoc business needs.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in operations technology, system operations, or technology support within operational environments.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP modules and configuration processes.
- Proven experience with MDG (Master Data Governance), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and data dashboard tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Prior work experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Pharmaceutical industry is preferable.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs) integrated with Enterprise Warehouse Management System (EWM) or Warehouse Execution System (WES) is a plus.
