Job summary

Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited seeks a versatile IT professional to drive SAP ABAP development and integration, coordinating with HQ IT and external vendors across the Asia-Pacific region. You will perform business analysis, craft functional and technical specs, and ensure SIT/UAT quality through thorough testing.

Strong English and Chinese communication are essential for success in this role. Degree in CS/IT required with hands-on ABAP experience; familiarity with SAP FICO/MM/SD/WM is preferred

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong communication and soft skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with configuration/development in SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, WM).
• Hands-on ABAP development experience.
• Retail industry experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of RPA development (e.g., UIPath) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: engage with stakeholders to align requirements and document processes and specs.
• Hands-on ABAP Engineering: develop, test, and optimize ABAP programs and enhancements for SAP ERP.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: design and execute SIT/UAT validation with stakeholders.
• Integration with external systems: design interfaces between SAP modules and external systems.
• External Collaboration: coordinate with HQ IT and vendors for seamless delivery.
• Support & Competency Building: act as escalation lead for maintenance and train legacy ERP experts.

Job description

Business Analysis: Engage with key stakeholders to align project requirements, describe business processes, and deliver functional and technical specifications.

Hands-on ABAP Engineering: Develop, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, enhancements (BAdIs/User Exits), and optimization routines to tailor the SAP ERP environment to unique business needs.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Create, execute, and secure stakeholder validation for System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Integration with external system: To gather user requirement and design technical interfaces between SAP modules and external system.

External Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Headquarters (HQ) IT teams and external integration vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Support & Competency Building: Act as an expert escalation point for application maintenance, manage complex system incidents, and cross-train legacy ERP experts to build long-term internal SAP competencies.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong communication and soft skills, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs, synthesize project progress/blockers, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Experience working on configuration / development with one of the SAP functional modules (FICO, MM, SD, WM).

Hands-on experience in ABAP development

Tactful in dealing with user request and problems

Ability to work independently and can-do attitude

Relevant experience in retail business will be an advantage

Knowledge on RPA development (e.g. UIPath) will be an advantage

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
