PERSOL is recruiting a Business Analyst (Forex) for a cognitive solutions and cloud platform client in Hong Kong. You will provide production support for GFM and Front Office applications, resolve incidents impacting trading and business processes, and work with traders and IT teams to restore services.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in business analysis, strong FX product knowledge, and experience with Agile/Scrum, data modeling, and project management tools, plus excellent

Responsabilités

• Provide production support for GFM and Front Office applications, ensuring stable operations and timely resolution of user issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents impacting trading and business processes, working closely with traders and cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize disruption.
• Monitor and optimize systems by identifying performance bottlenecks, improving reliability and scalability, and developing proactive monitoring, alerting, and recovery mechanisms.
• Drive automation and efficiency of support activities, recurring/manual tasks to reduce operational effort and improve service quality.
• Collaborate and continuously improve by partnering with development and support teams on deployments, enhancements, knowledge sharing, process improvements, on-call support, and delivering excellent customer service.

Our clients, a cognitive solutions and cloud platform company are now looking for potential candidate to join their team as Business Analyst (Forex).

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for GFM and Front Office applications, ensuring stable operations and timely resolution of user issues
• Manage and resolve incidents impacting trading and business processes, working closely with traders and cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize disruption
• Monitor and optimize systems by identifying performance bottlenecks, improving reliability and scalability, and developing proactive monitoring, alerting, and recovery mechanisms

Requirements

• Relevant degree & experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with 3-5 years in Business Analysis or similar roles
• Strong product knowledge of Structured and FX products, and preferably banking operations and financial services
• Analytical & problem-solving skills with proven ability to troubleshoot issues
• Business analysis expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, data modeling, Agile/Scrum practices, and project management tools
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders while working independently and within teams
