Job Description

As a Business Analyst - AI, your main responsibilities will include:

• Drive execution through iterative delivery and continuous improvement, maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders (program teams, PMO, finance) to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Apply strategic and analytical thinking to challenge assumptions, enhance outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making and reporting
• Support agile delivery by helping teams develop detailed plans, iterate quickly, and adopt best practices tailored to regional needs
• Manage stakeholder communication by providing clear updates, ensuring transparency, and engaging cross-functional partners (e.g. legal, risk, production)
• Build and maintain strong relationships across business and technical teams to support project success
• Support end-to-end project delivery of AI initiatives, including data preparation, model development, testing, and deployment
• Guide teams through governance processes, ensuring all required approvals are obtained
• Oversee budget planning and cost management, including tracking expenditure and coordinating with finance teams across regions
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating risks and blockers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst - AI should have:

• Proven experience in project delivery, with exposure to technology-driven initiatives
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, program management, or a similar execution-focused role
• Exposure to AI or Generative AI projects is highly preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and adaptable delivery frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
