Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specs. You will work with business users, IT teams, and offshore developers to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.

In this role, you will manage the full testing lifecycle, including test plans, UAT, defect tracking, and system validation, while supporting data analysis, reporting, and regulatory-compliant solution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in insurance and financial services.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge for data extraction and validation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance industry experience, particularly in finance transformation, distribution or operation, is highly preferred.
