Job summary

Swire Properties Limited 太古地產有限公司 is seeking a highly capable Building Surveyor to join our Technical Team at Taikoo Place, Hong Kong. The role focuses on maintaining and upgrading the building fabric and infrastructure across a premier decentralized office campus.

The candidate should hold a degree or higher diploma in Building Surveying, with 5+ years' experience and professional qualification (MRICS/MHKIS) preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS or HKIS qualification preferred; candidates without but with longer relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years' experience in maintenance of building fabric for commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance, repair and upgrading of building fabric and installations.
• Assist in preparation of budget reports and maintenance strategies.
• Supervise tenants' fit-out works and in-house technicians/contractors.
• Handle enquiries and plan system upgrades; prepare technical reports.
