Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable engineer to lead tender preparation, budgeting, drawings, and equipment submissions. You will manage project plans, supervise sites, and coordinate with clients, main contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental / Fire Engineering, at least 3 years in construction, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environmental / Fire Engineering.
• 3 years or above experience in construction field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Applications.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
• Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
• Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings;
• Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation;
• Participate in other tasks as assigned
