Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer in Hong Kong. The role involves coordinating building services installation, monitoring quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience with main contractors and possess a relevant engineering degree. Chartered Professional Membership (RPE, CIBSE) is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to lead project meetings and ensure the successful execution of building services projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience from main contractors.
• Holder of Chartered Professional Membership (RPE, CIBSE) preferred.
• Ability to lead project meetings for coordination.
• Monitor site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for BS installation.
• Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant site experience preferably from main contractors
• Holder of Chartered Professional Member such as RPE, CIBSE is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer.
