Job summary

Pat Davie Limited 德基設計工程有限公司 is seeking a Building Services Coordinator to oversee the coordination and inspection of building services work carried out by domestic and nominated subcontractors in Hong Kong.

Candidates should hold a Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or Building Services Engineering and have a minimum of four years’ relevant experience, with good command of English and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Services Coordinator.
