Pat Davie Limited 德基設計工程有限公司 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fitting-out and building projects in Hong Kong. The role requires oversight of project scope, schedule, budget and quality, with the ability to pursue new opportunities through tendering and client engagement.
The ideal candidate has a degree in building or construction, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing assigned projects for their successful completion in terms of time, quality, and profitability. He/she must also explore business opportunities and secure new projects through tendering, marketing, and developing working relations with existing / potential customers.
Degree in Building or Construction related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in the management of fitting-out and building projects
Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration will be an advantage
Good communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
