Job summary

Diligence (VAB) Consultants Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Building Services Coordinator with 2-3 years of fit-out project experience to oversee MVAC, FS, EL, PD and IT works and coordinate with subcontractors.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Higher Certificate or degree in Building Services Engineering, strong attention to detail, good command of English and Chinese, and be able to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is expected, AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager.
• Oversee MVAC, FS, EL, PD & IT works and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Coordinate site activities and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain quality control to ensure MEP works meet specifications and regulations.
• Assist in tendering for all MEP-related sections.

Strong attention to detail, high flexibility, team player and able to work under pressure

Good communication, organizational & time management skills

Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Report directly to the Project Manager

Oversee the building services work (MVAC, FS, EL, PD & IT), and coordinate effectively with subcontractors

Coordinate site activities and maintain communication with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure complete project alignment

Maintain strict quality control to guarantee MEP works align with design specifications, project scopes, and government regulations

Assist in the tendering process for all MEP-related sections
