Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned advisor for the International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) and wealth solutions space, interfacing with Private & Priority Banking partners to convert high-net-worth referrals into policy applications.

You will train bank RMs on health insurance products, perform underwriting screenings, and coordinate with internal teams. Travel to branches is expected, with room for digital client meetings as required.

Competenze

• Solid track record advising on International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI), life protection, or wealth solutions within banking, brokerage, or insurer environments.
• Strong knowledge of needs-based consultative selling and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Valid local insurance license (IIQE) or eligible to obtain before starting.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for cross-border client communication.
