Olive Asset Management is seeking a tech-savvy Multi-Media Executive Intern to support our Brand & Marketing team. The role focuses on content coordination, AI-powered workflows, and event support, helping manage external vendors and corporate events.

Candidate should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and be proficient in generative AI tools like Canva, Gamma, and ChatGPT. Basic design software knowledge is a plus for quick adjustments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong Generative AI skills and productivity using Canva, Gamma, ChatGPT.
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Coordination: liaise with external video and design vendors; manage timelines and briefs to ensure brand standards.
• AI-Driven Content Creation: use Canva, Gamma, and ChatGPT to create presentations, social layouts, and marketing copy.
• Social Media Operations: manage publishing schedules for WeChat Official Account, LinkedIn, and X; assist with posting.
• Event Support: assist planning and execution of corporate events; provide on-site logistics and capture event media.
• Quality Control: review visuals and videos from vendors for brand consistency.
• Market Research: monitor competitors and digital marketing trends for insights.
• Admin Support: handle digital asset management and marketing admin tasks.
