The role involves developing AI-generated content, exploring ML for personalization, and collaborating with product/tech teams on AI features and user experiences to enhance customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, and other emerging platforms to create engaging marketing content.
• Generate AI-powered images, videos, animations, and promotional materials.
• Explore generative AI applications for marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
• Research and implement AI tools to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze marketing, customer, and product-related datasets.
• Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Python, Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Support the development of predictive models for customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Explore machine learning applications for customer segmentation, personalization, and product recommendations.
• Assist in analyzing anonymized sensor-generated data from TechPup's smart wearable products to identify potential health, activity, and behavioral patterns.
• Support data-driven decision-making across product development, marketing, and business strategy.
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for TechPup's product launches.
• Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze key performance indicators, including engagement, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Research competitors, market trends, customer segments, and emerging technologies.
• Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition.
• Research AI-powered automation tools for marketing, analytics, and business operations.
• Experiment with machine learning models and AI-driven workflows.
• Identify opportunities to integrate data science into customer engagement and business growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams on AI-powered features and personalized user experiences.
