Jebsen Beverage Company Limited is seeking a Brand Manager to formulate marketing strategies and develop brand plans to achieve business goals for assigned brands. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external principals to meet business needs and craft exceptional brand experiences.
You will translate global strategy to local market plans, guide agencies, and lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, events, and consumer engagement.
The Brand Manager is responsible for formulating marketing strategies, developing and implementing brand marketing plans to achieve overall brand and business goals for assigned brands.
The incumbent will work collaboratively with internal parties including channel sales and corporate partnership, finance and accounting, supply chain and logistics and external parties including principals and agencies in developing plans and tools to meet business needs and craft experience.
Develop and implement brand plan (marketing plan) to drive business growth of assigned brands.
Translate global / regional brand strategy and positioning to local brand strategy. Develop creative local guidelines to inspire and brief local agencies and internal sales team.
Develop, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital and social media planning, public relations and communications, promotional strategies, event execution, and consumer engagement initiatives to drive brand and product strategies.
Serve as a key liaison between brand principals and internal teams, collaborating cross-functionally with sales and other departments to execute and support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage brand P&L, conduct comprehensive analyses including campaign performance, sales and distribution metrics, inventory forecasting, and business reviews to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee and track A&P budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.
Act as the brand ambassador, conduct product training for internal and external parties
Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in related fields, preferably premium FMCG, F&B and hospitality, wine and spirits industry. Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and launching new products
Brand Management Expertise: Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, event management and the latest marketing tools and technologies
Education: Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
Wine Knowledge: WSET Wine / Sake Level 2 or above is a plus
Personal Attributes: Passionate, self-motivated, resilient, analytical with high level of professional ethos and responsibility for highly visible and complex projects.
Language: Fluent in local language and English is essential; proficiency in Japanese will be highly preferable.
