The role requires 2+ years FMCG/Beauty marketing in HK, a solid track record in ATL/BTL campaigns and budget control, and fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of solid FMCG/Beauty marketing experience in Hong Kong.
• Proven track record in integrated campaigns (ATL/BTL) and budget control.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute market strategies including ATL/BTL and communication plans.
• Establish brand positioning and pricing strategies.
• Plan annual A&P budget with monthly monitoring and control.
• Collaborate with marketing team and designers on online visuals for social media (Facebook, Instagram and XHS).
• Conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify growth opportunities.
