Job summary

POP MART HONG KONG LIMITED is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to manage daily store operations in Hong Kong. You will handle sales, shelf organization, merchandise display, cleaning, and inventory counts while ensuring accurate receipts and logs.

You’ll address customer inquiries, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships by offering product knowledge, features, quality, and pricing guidance. Prior retail experience is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong Chinese/Mandarin communication; fluent English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily store operations including sales, shelf organization, merchandise display, cleaning and sanitation.
• Process payments, deliver goods, issue invoices or receipts, and complete transaction logs.
• Assist the store manager with auxiliary tasks within the store.
• Address customer inquiries, understand needs, and build strong customer relationships.
• Explain product features, information, quality, and pricing to assist customers in selections.
