DBS Bank is seeking a senior leader in Relationship Management for its One Island East branch. The role combines sales leadership, people development, and customer experience to drive growth while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Location: One Island East. Schedule: Regular. Employee Status: Full time. The role requires RI and TR registrations with HK regulatory exams and offers a competitive salary and benefits package within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer banking, with at least 3 years in sales management.
• Strong educational background; university degree preferred.
• Must be a registered RI [Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4] with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8; or equivalent.
• Must be a registered TR [General & Long Term (incl. linked long term)] with passes in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5; or equivalent.
• CFP and CFA designations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive branch sales performance, leveraging needs-based selling and service compliance to achieve branch business objectives and targets.
• Oversee the execution of staff development, performance reviews, and coaching to maximize productivity.
• Champion exceptional customer experience by guiding staff to meet service standards and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee all operational activities to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies, including KYC, FNA, PDPO, and AML requirements.
