The Financial Times Academy in Asia delivers the flagship Board Director Programme (FT BDP) and is a leading provider of board‑level training. Our mission is to support individuals at every stage of their board career and ensure directors contribute effectively to the boards they sit on.

The role focuses on delivering a smooth candidate journey from enquiry to completion, coordinating with speakers, tutors, sales and marketing, and ensuring excellent customer experience while upholding FT

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating complex programmes or events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme logistics, timelines and speaker arrangements.
• Manage applications, onboarding and participant communications.
• Provide basic tech support for learning platforms.
• Track progress, prepare reports and keep databases updated.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
