Job summary

Financial Times Academy in Asia seeks a detail‑oriented programme administrator to manage candidate journeys from inquiry to completion of the Diploma, Workshops, and Enterprise tracks. You will coordinate with internal teams and external speakers to ensure a high-quality learning experience and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; project management a plus.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Administration – course administration, support scholars throughout their studies, update course content, learning platform management, processing course applications, following up with vendors, students, corporate members for payments, programme finance reporting, organising corporate meetings and invoicing.
• Event management – manage relationships with venues, setup/pack-down, catering and speaker management, RSVP management, attendees and post-event close out, including online platforms; brief speakers and manage tech.
• Programme support – research and analysis into programme themes and speakers, draft agendas, coordinate timelines.
• Database management – update and maintain databases for the FT Academy in Asia, including Board Director Programme.
• Operations – manage applications, onboarding, communications with participants, basic tech support for students and faculty, APAC LMS point of contact, coordinate event timings and logistics.
• Support for FT Academy – project management, documentation, payments administration, partner follow-ups, scheduling meetings, coordinate best practices across FT Academy globally.
