Job summary

Financial Times Academy in Asia is seeking an organised, client-focused administrator and programme coordinator to ensure smooth journeys for Diploma, Workshops and Enterprise candidates. You will manage applications, onboarding, communications, and basic tech support for learners and faculty in APAC.

You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate speakers and tutors, and help deliver high-quality learning experiences across our programmes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service ethic and professional approach.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills; project management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities across levels and cultures.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines; proactive communicator.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with databases and basic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administration - course administration, scholar support, content updates, LMS management, payments and invoicing.
• Event management - venues, catering, speaker coordination, RSVP tracking, post-event reports.
• Programme support - research, agendas, timelines, and speaker coordination under MD supervision.
• Database management - keep Asia FT Academy databases accurate and current.
• Operations - onboarding, participant communications, basic tech support, LMS coordination.
• Support for FT Academy - project coordination, payments, partner follow-ups, and process improvements.
